I ordered a pair of shoes Friday 8th…
I ordered a pair of shoes Friday 8th July in one of their many sales. Using a discount code to got a bargain from 90.00 to 33.00. They arrived on the Sunday which I was very impressed with.
The shoes came in a special edition box. But when opening the box they were a different pair and also the wrong size
I phoned customer service and they told me to use the WhatsApp contact which I did.
It then transpired the original shoes I ordered had sold out.
Eventually they replied and gave me some options which I asked them to clarify then the messages ended.
Contacted again on WhatsApp and started all over again. This is what it has been like for the past 4 days. They answer me then end the chat and I have to start all over again.
In the mean time I had a email from them to say that shoes were back in stock and if I go ahead and order them and return the others. But they wanted me to pay the full 90.00. I tried to email back auto response the email address no longer in use.
Then today I get another email stating my case is closed as they hadn't heard from me.
I have ordered so much from Reebok and never had a problem.
This has put me off forever. Stuck shoes I didn't want and the worst customer service ever.

great product and service
I’ve ordered direct on reebok.co.uk a few times and always had a pleasant experience. Their orthopaedic insoles in the classics are amazing and have really helped my lower back pain when going about my day to day business, I was surprised how much of a difference the inner soles can make. Recommend to me by a physio, they’re like walking on a cushion. Really happy with the product and the service.

Terrible experience. No shoes. No refund.
I ordered a pair of shoes from reebok and while I was at work they were delivered and left on my doorstep. By the time I got home they had vanished, I’m guessing someone saw the opportunity and snatched them.

After contacting reebok I was told
“We have thoroughly reviewed your claim. It's saddening to found that we have received multiple claims for a refund already. We have been fair enough to offer a refund on those claims even though the items were delivered successfully with the complete package. Unfortunately, we can no longer honor the same and cannot entertain such claims anymore. Therefore, it will no longer be refunded, regrettably.”

This is my first order from reebok so I don’t understand how this is possible. Now I am left without shoes and down £90.

Reebok, symbol of the worst quality
I bought Reebok products only once and I can say that I will never buy again any products from them ever again! The shoes I bought failed after short time of normal use, but selling bad quality product could happen to the best brand, which Reebok clearly isn't. I can say that their customer service was the worse I ever received!

Items never delivered to a collection point!! keep saying not able to accept delivery!!!. customer service then could not secure items returned to them to resend. Items out of stock could not reorder.
overall a bad experience with no real solution offered.
refund given.
Wont be seeing me again.

Worst experience ever……

Defective. No replacement available as limited edition and sold out. QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTION FAILED!! No discount/compensation offered. “Return and we will refund you” Customer service nightmare. Truly the worst customer service experience I have come across. WhatsApp service a joke. No response on Facebook. Was sent an email offered to interact with customer service. Told case was opened for “2 Business days” on Friday evening 16:17. Received another email Sunday evening 17:00 telling me case was closed as I didn’t respond!! 2 business days you said Reebok!! Last time I checked a business day was Monday to Friday. Case should be open till Tuesday 16:17!! I was going to call Monday evening. So annoyed now. I can’t be bother with it. So stressed over a simple thing. Wish I hadn’t bothered with my purchase. Truly a very poor experience! I’m so gutted……

Worse retailer and customer service award goes to Reebok
The Reebok is the worse company you can buy product from. Firstly you spend time to select the product and then order when you receive the order you found out all the items are defective. How the hell they can pass the quality assurance which I don’t think Reebok has.

WhatsApp customer services is the worse and the agents I think not from uk are not helpful, cooperative, understandable at all. Wasting customer time and not providing the correct solution one side saying it’s not good second end not providing the correct solution that satisfy customer then what’s the point of lying. Specially Manpreet he is worse in the lot. Didn’t provide the solution and end the chats this is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting service from reebok. Shared the picture of the fault which is shame. Never ever recommend this to any friend and family.

Avoid buying anything from Reebok
Avoid buying anything from this company. After paying £600 for a Reebok spin bike that comes with a minimum one year manufacturer guarantee the monitor on the bike stopped working after just a few months. After numerous telephone calls to report the issue we have been assured that a replacement monitor would be sent out. This never arrives. We continue to be fobbed off with different dates that it should be expected to arrive. We have also contacted via Facebook messenger where we continue to be fobbed off and told now that they are not responsible for covering faulty items, despite the manufacturer guarantee stating they are. Don’t waste your money with this company as they don’t care and a guarantee is not worth the power it’s written on because they will just ignore you.

Avoid at all cost
I am reiterating other reviews. Appalling customer service. I’m so surprised that Reebok/Adidas get away with it. Reebok have sent me the wrong item and I cannot get money back no matter how much time I spend on the phone. There is no intention from the company to put anything right. Rude and evasive over the phone, the WhatsApp messages get ignored.. no idea what else to do apart from give up.

I’m really surprised at the reviews but I can only speak personally. I have been really happy with the Reebok purchases and find the products great value for money. The only issue I have had is with sizes. Sometimes M is massive and other times S is tiny… just depending on what you are ordering, which makes it hard when purchasing online.

Never again REEBOK
Purchased a pair of trainers. After less than two months the sole starts to fell apart so I contacted Reebok.co.uk to explain the situation.

JEHANGIR who was the person that handled my claim, just avoid to handle the waranty. (Without seeing the issue)
Aparently they only cover under warranty the products purchased in their online shop.

Are you travelling and you see a nice pair of Reebok?DON'T BUY THEM if you don't want to come back to the shop to claim for quality issues.
